Early in my tenure, I also became a working partner in the development of The Firm into one of the premier health clubs in the country and led multiple efforts to increase membership, merchandise sales and public awareness of The Firm’s programs and benefits.

  • Responsible for a 50% increase in membership sales from 2001 to 2003 and 80% retention of clients for a year or more.
  • From 2003 – 2009 increased retail sales from clothing and juice bar items by 75% by adding new items and listening and responding to clients’ needs.
