  • As an IT Manager I lead a team of over 20 associate direct reports and 80 contractors responsible for the software updates and improvements to the primary claims payment platform for a Fortune 50 health insurance company. I have focused on productivity and efficiency, reducing costs on my team by more than 20% while increasing development throughput.
