Responsible for civil/site development projects and setting up site plan designs for both residential and industrial zonings.

• Residential: Redesign utility improvements, easements, and calculate wetland and flood zone areas.
• Industrial: Incorporated client-driven structures and parking lot design for offices, handicapped individuals, guests, including truck docking, and trailer storage areas.

1. Responsible for setting up and completing projects for:
• CDBG - Community Development Block Grant drawings
• SCOP - Small County Outreach Program drawings
• JEA - Jacksonville Electric Authority drawings
• FOOT - Florida Department of Transportation compliant drawings
2. All aspects of this work ranged from:
• Wastewater Treatment Plants
• Mechanical, Structural, Electrical and Piping ... lots of piping
• Streetscape Design
• Road Reconstruction, Water/Sewer & Utility Replacement
• Directional Drilling Methodology

• Developed civil design drawings from conception, based on certified digital surveys and verbal specifications supplied by the client and engineer.
• Implemented revisions as required by engineering, client, and/or city redlines.

• Developed civil design drawings for site improvements on some major companies in the United States ranging from redesigning parking lots for the SpaceX program to adding new electrical lines and light poles along the newly installed 'wall' by former President Trump along the southern borders of Texas and New Mexico.

• Produced landfill gas collection and control systems (GCCS) drawings for 6 years along with groundwater-generated maps requiring 3D volume calculations.
• In 2010, I joined the Ports & Harbor group, where I generated structural design drawings for wharf rehabilitation, redesign, and reconstruction.

• Generated civil design drawings for the replacement of water and sewer utilities using a newly developed pipe-bursting method for minimizing surface disturbance. This was a different approach to the now more widely used directional drilling, though around the same time.
