Firefighter/Paramedic for the Salem Fire Department since June 2002. For the past six years, I have been the Director of EMS. Responsible for the functions of the Division of EMS including approximately 4200 incidents per year. Focus on collaboration within the department and external partners to improve care, resident support, and new initiatives within the Town of Salem and for the State of New Hampshire. • Developed and delivered emergency medical technician course as part of a two-year CTE high school program.
• Implemented effective classroom management strategies, maintaining a focused and productive learning atmosphere.

• Managed a phone support and global technical response for analytical and industrial gas manufacturers. Included oversight for technicians’ global markets. Technical support is provided to support sales process.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve systemic product issues.

• Managed group that was responsible for product recommendations. Coordinated efforts with outside sales, service, and production.
• Liaised with clients via email or phone to identify and address needs, growing existing accounts through cross-selling.

• Multiple testing analysis of raw materials and R & D products. Products based primarily on new compounds for cancer research.
• Performed thorough inspections of incoming materials and outgoing products.
• Maintained product integrity and optimized workflow while following company good manufacturing practices (GMP).

• Processed environmental samples including volatile, water and soil for testing. Processed samples for testing through various instrumentation including GPC, GC and mass spectrometry.
