- I began my time with travelers as a manager for TDM (Informatica Test Data Management), and provided assistance with the Informatica MDM (Master Data Management) application.
- Later, I became manager of MDM and my role was to manage the entire MDM infrastructure and perform and manage all software patches and upgrades.
- I managed 8 environments and a total of 104 servers with a team of 8 people (2 FTE and 6 GSO).
- My team was also heavily involved in infrastructure related activities such as: scaling servers vertically and horizontally, repairing various application service issues, configuring security and permissions, VM and/or physical server configuration, application server configuration, environmental code deployments.
- As a team of eight, we supported 104 servers that ran applications such as MDM, IDQ, IICS secure agents.
- I also managed the implementation of 8 upgrades for MDM and IDQ.
- Worked with Agile concepts and Scrum/Kanban boards. Used both Rally and Jira.
- Coordinated countless projects while communicating progress and timelines to upper management and stakeholders.
- Worked on the migration from Informatica Multidomain MDM to Reltio MDM. Assisted with Reltio environment setup, on premises, PrivateLink network setup, SSO configuration using Okta.

- The software was new to the company and they had very little experience using the tool.

- Over the course of a few years I mentored and taught many developers to use the Informatica tool.
- I often held scheduled classes with hands on training sessions.
- During this time I upgraded the environment from v7.1 to v8.1.
- I also implemented version control within our environments. At the time this was ground breaking.
- Many companies were reluctant to use this feature and we were one of the first. I would often field calls from various companies asking for tips and pointers on the use of the feature.
