-This was my family's company and I ran it as if I was the owner. My Dad ran our Demolition Division and left me to handle all operations both internal and external of our Rolloff, Frontload, and Rearload Divisions. This included over sight of Sales Department, management of the office from dispatch to receivables and customer service, scheduling of maintenance for our fleet of 32 trucks, performing all hands on service calls on the road, dispatching every container for our Rolloff drivers, daily interaction with customers with realtime ETAs and solutions for customer concerns. At our largest we employed 64 employees and had a total annual revenue of over $12 million.

-Sales Department ranged from three employees to just me. I help them manage their territories and focus on gaps in routes and specifically targeting desired new customers. I would personally go out and close the biggest customers with face to face meetings and all would get my direct contact.

-Rolloff Dispatch included 9 drivers and a total of 60 runs per day. This was a balance of efficiency and customer demands.

-Maintenance Shop was entirely scheduled and ran by me, including all diagnostics work and troubleshooting.

-Operated and maintained our CNG station that we used to fuel our fleet and other outside public customers. I have multiple CNG certifications, including fleet maintenance, station design and maintenance, and fuel system inspector.

-All personnel decisions were handled by me including hire/fire, raises, and disciplinary actions.

-Any and all shopping of insurances were handled by me including General Liability, Fleet Auto, and Workers Compensation.

-Managed all operations for our Recessed Lighting Division which accounted for over $20 million per year in revenue and employed 16 employees.

-Handled all orders from scheduling to shipping, including working with upstream departments like our Metal Shop, Paint Department, and Purchasing to ensure my four production lines were supplied and efficient.

-Managed warehouse of inventory with daily and weekly checks and balances in place to ensure proper counts.
