Accomplishments

  • Invited to serve as a Board Director of the Washington Artillery Board of Directors to produce innovative solutions to bring the oldest still-existing Military Battalion Corporation to the modern era, and preserve our charter founded in 1878.
  • Served as the Team Leader for my Capstone project in which we developed an Inertial Navigational Unit capable of operating in three-dimensional space and tracking your relative position in free-space with no prior position awareness. This included the usage of Mahony, and Kalmann filtering systems as well as an extensive codebase developed in Assembly and C++.
  • Coordinated with a team of 40 US Army Soldiers to move over 8 million dollars of military equipment to a training area, utilize a non-disclosable military GIS training resource to qualify every member present with their relevant job position then return to our base of operations upon the conclusion of training with no major deficiencies.

Previously an innovator for the Dragon's Lair program in the US Army, having worked on three projects to improve mission efficiency, and communication capabilities for the force at large.   • Senior Capstone Project, 2023: I volunteered to be the leader of a team of four engineering students to develop an Inertial Navigational Unit for public use in adherence to standards presented by IEEE, NEC, ISO, and MIL. Utilizing Sensor Fusion to harness the full potential of the MPU-9250 which acted as our primary source of information for determining our gyroscopic orientation and acceleration in free-space. Society of American Military Engineers Student Chapter, I was the president of the Society of American Military Engineers student organization, located at the University of New Orleans. I have been actively planning career fairs and campus activities since the birth of Covid-19, and now during post Covid-19.

I performed this duty in this Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps Unit in Federal City for one year.
