I have a B1, B2 and B5 ICC building inspector certificates.

I am 62 years old but in great physical and mental condition.

I am happy with the work that I do and the people I work with.

However I am getting worn out with all the traveling I do for work. I spend at least 2 weeks a month in Northern California.

I would prefer to find local or semi local employment. I don't mind commuting to Bakersfield or the Central Valley.

I performed visual inspections for construction defects for class action lawsuits. Smiths Grant went out of business in August 2015.

I performed visual inspections for construction defect class action lawsuits. I had to leave to go to work for Smiths Grant in May 2010 due to lack of a regular schedule. Milstein Adelman law firm temporarily halted their visual inspections.

I preformed Termite Inspections and provided Termite Eradication and reconstruction due to Termite and Fungus damage.
