- For the past year I have been completing the duties as a Pipefitter, creating Vista work orders and closing out work orders 15-20 a day. Creating purchase orders for materials and receiving those items once delivered. I have worked on jobs as complex as going into confined spaces to repair steam leaks to the simplest repairs like rebuilding toilets and faucets. All repairs were done within the guidelines of OSHA and the directive of the VA.

I would coordinate and schedule the appropriate crews to start the demolition process, then schedule the other trades to begin their quotes to remodel the home usually taking 6 weeks from beginning to finishing. I have developed plans, organized, coordinated, directed, evaluated, and managed a comprehensive construction safety and occupational health program. Then call the real estate agent to list the house for sale.
