I think I have learned over time how to lead a group of people to become a team and get the best we can out of a job. Also not over manage a team and use the people in place to also get a job done, I also done have any issue talking with landowner and any agencies to get issues worked out in the best interest of Scout.
I work with engineers to keep wells running and get the most production from them. I also have good communication with landowners to settle any issue they may have. I have a good relationship with all my guys and we work as a team. I have guys from one field going to help out in other fields if they need help getting a job completed. I also have good communication with NDIC and get any issue they have done right away. I also keep them in the loop if I have any issue with one of my wells so they done think I'm hiding anything. While I was in the military I learned the importance of chain of command, so I do my best to follow that and ask the same form my guys.
Worked with operators to make sure we where getting the best production out of Scout wells. Help fix any issue they came up or get a roustabout crew to come out and do repairs. Also keep in touch with the Production Foreman with any issues I found or any issues that he need taken care of right away.
I was hired by Denbury as a vacation pumper where I learned how to pump five different fields. I was then given a field to pump for about four years then was given Maintenance Lead position. Where I did all the one calls, lining up roustabouts to do repairs, helped operator in their fields doing repairs and covering vacations once in awhile.
We went out for Encore everyday doing repairs to well, clean up for any leaks they had and teardown of pumping units or location if needed.
I started in worms corner and worked my way to taking care of the caterpillar motors and pushing back pipe when we came out of the hole. I was getting moved to derek hand, but oil dropped and rig got stacked out.
