I have been weight training since high school but, took it to the next level once I reached college. Since then I fell in love with weight training, going to the gym three to five days a week. The type of training I enjoy the most is working on legs, because. working out your legs uses most muscles in the body, allowing you to work your whole body while focusing on a main muscle group.
