• Facilities Manager for a (14 CFR) Part 145 Repair Station, overseeing the PM program for the following: Tank Monitoring System, HVAC Systems, Hydraulic Test Stands, Pneumatic Test Stands, and Fuel Test Stands.

•In charge of the energy management (gas and electricity) and ensure that everything is in accordance with local legislations.
• Management of plant technicians, including hiring, reviews and disciplinary action.
• In charge of the coordination and the final check of performed technical activities by internal technicians and third parties.
• Work closely with production to achieve projects within deadlines and give support in the event of audits.
• Utilize SAP & CWorks software as a CMMS system to track preventative and corrective maintenance.
• Manage the inventory of spare parts, components, and installation of materials when needed.
• Review and maintain technical files such as equipment manuals, installation guides, and parts list.
• Follow CP and CCP procedure.
• Member of the HACCP team and chain meeting.

• Assist the Corporate Technical Director in the development of specific projects.

• Specializing in repairing and troubleshooting all material handling equipment for FedEx Ground.
• This includes but not limited to electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Diagnose a power transmission failure by determining which component has failed, such as motor failure, gearbox failure, or possible locked up pulley or roller.
• Make final decisions on more complex issues.
• Specializing in operating, maintaining and troubleshooting robotics systems from Berkshire Grey.
• Provide preventative and predictive maintenance and repair of material handling systems through demonstrated competency of two or more specialty skills of mechanical power transmission and/or electrical and/or PLC/controls with basic welding/fabrication skills.
• Utilize the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software to enter and retrieve prescribed data.
• Mentor and train entry level technicians for FedEx ground.
• Act as liaison for the maintenance department.
