  • Reviewed plans and conducted daily site inspections to maintain compliance with industry regulations, quality standards and site safety.
  • Reduced project delays by proactively identifying potential issues and devising effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Compiled daily field report, detailing all key activities and outlining project progress for stakeholders.

  • Steel Works - 279 unit, 5-story mid-rise with precast parking structure and extensive amenities, located in Harrison, NJ and overlooked New York City.
  • Cobalt Lofts - 290 unit, 5-story building consisting of Type 1 construction. This building was located right next to Red Bull Arena and took extra coordination to ensure no conflicts with events.
  • Collaborated with the lead superintendent to develop comprehensive plans for each phase of construction, ensuring smooth transitions between stages. Both of these buildings were TCO'd in five separate phases to allow residents to move in as soon as possible.
