As a Multi-Skilled Operator I have been trained and certified in the following areas of the modern oral pouch process:

• Certified on Poly Pack and case packing equipment.
• Certified on Ettiketto labeling equipment.
• Certified on forklift.
• Currently working on certification for the G.D pouch machine.

My job is to assist the senior operator to keep the line running at the line speed while maintaining safety and quality. I also inspect the finished product to ensure it meets all of Commscope’s and the customers quality standards.

Wafer Fab Shift Supervisor

• Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Maintain Kronos for operators payroll.
• Coach and Train operators for quality wafer productivity.
• Assist repair and maintenance to schedule tool repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Assist process engineering with scheduling development work.
• Work with facilities to help schedule building maintenance as needed.
• Coordinate the training of new operators.
• Perform safety checks to ensure policies are being followed.
• Discipline operators according to the Progressive Disciplinary Action Policy.
• Participated in interviewing, hiring, and firing of operators as needed.

Process Engineering Technician

• Make test plans using Specs software.
• Monitor E test and P test for problems.
• Edit work instructions.
• Research history of failed wafers and report to management.
• Certify and train test operators.
• Assist engineers with projects.

• Preformed repairs of all phases to school buses and other equipment for Winston-Salem/Forsyth County School System.
• Maintained CDL drivers license with Hazemat certification, and passenger certification.

• Hand-grind turbine blades to blueprint tolerances using a bench grinder, handy grinder, and Bader grinder.
• Checked accuracy of blades using coordinate measuring machine, micrometers, and radius gauges.
• Maintained outstanding safety and attendance records.

• Repaired all phases of four feed knitting machines including overhauls.
• Served on the Quality Productivity Improvement Team, which researched new ideas to improve quality and productivity.
• Operated a forklift.
• Certified in knitting machine repairs through course work at Forsyth Technical Community College.
• Operated Optimix, Draw frames, Spinning and Carding Machines.
• Replaced or Repaired parts of a draw frame and carding machines.
