HVAC controls contractor/ project manager/ sales. Fire Life Safety contractor.
Began HVAC controls in 1984 when Honeywell dropped their union agreement & offered their employees, equipment, tools & all projects to me with a minimum of eight years of continued projects. I had been a fire life safety contractor, working for Honeywell as a sub contractor for 3 years & had developed an ongoing relationship. They offered this opportunity because of our established relationship & our respected quality of work. I continued working with Honeywell implementing all of their commercial projects. Bryco BuildingSystems, inc was a union contractor with agreements with Local 11 IBEW Los Angeles & Local 441, Orange County. In 1993, I sold the fire life safety business & the corporate name Bryco, but maintained the corporation. The name changed to Pacific General Electrical, inc. I continued to sub contract HVAC controls.
