Dovydas Butka

Driven by sportsmanship, I improved my leadership skills as the captain of Zalgiris, after spending several years at university I learned team management, which is why I received a scholarship to Pepperdine University men's basketball. Since I played in the Žalgiris team for a long time, I know all the values and goals of the organization in the future. Having gone through the difficult path of basketball in this team, I am able to unite the team and communicate effectively, my journey reflects the commitment to achieve results through collective efforts and strategic thinking.
