Focused on Patients care. I reach out to Patients to assist with health care needs. Including, scheduling and charting, data review, working along side with clinics and providers, providing the tools in real time to get the information to manage patients and improve efficiencies for their healthcare needs. Building a relationship with patients with clear communications.

Assisting Patients with, scheduling appointments, navigation though websites, Process scheduling, Patient services, Patient records. and insurance to ensure best care and appropriate billing.

Assisting Patients with sleep apnea, oxygen, track supplies and other medical supplies and equipment, in their homes as well in the office. Providing tools in real time and information to manage patient oxygen levels and sleep apnea as well as other medical conditions.

Worked with deaf-blindness students in their classrooms alongside with teachers, physical therapist, physical education staff, using cues and buttons specially designed for each students needs for communications needs and providing access tools in an educational environment.

• Assisted clients with activities of daily living, promoting independence and quality of life.
• Cleaned house, ran errands, managed laundry, and completed weekly grocery shopping.
• Engaged patients in meaningful conversation, socialization, and activity while providing personal care assistance.
• Assisted with dressing guidance, grooming, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
