-Lead Position for BP5 Shift A
My goal when coming to this job is to climb up the ladder and try to learn something new or improve everyday. I graduated recently with the MDP college program for Manufacturing Technician and rose up to be an associate trainer, I shadowed and helped a couple of the leads on the line and even took notes and pinpoint key components when working swiftly on the line to make sure to do things quick and correctly. I get along well with everyone I came across during my time working on the line and trained many new associates. I am no longer afraid to step out my comfort zone and ask questions or be direct with someone if needed. Im looking forward to this position and to make everyone around me more comfortable working and being a more reliable person in Bp5 and continue climbing up my journey with this company.
I am a production associate and a certified trainer and with my full year of experience at this factory I acquired and improved on many traits and helped not only others but the quality of production on the line.
