  • Develop, create, and deliver synchronous online content to Pre-K through 12 teachers as they pursue their Masters of Arts Rank I certifications in the Teacher Leader Program
  • My primary responsibility is to guide teachers through the 24-week action research practicums and show them how to apply the research and knowledge gained through the process to provide real-world experience in their classrooms
  • Teachers collaborate with colleagues to identify a school problem
  • They develop an impactful question, research and implement an intervention, and collect data
  • Teachers then analyze and evaluate the intervention's effectiveness and write a five-section research study project using qualitative and quantitative mixed methods
  • They present their findings to the administration and colleagues to improve their chosen school
  • The Graduate Teacher Leader, Advisory Committee chair, analyzes and reviews key program and assessment data related to CAEP and program accreditation, including Rank 1 Cap 7 Universal Dispositional assessments; Master Action Research Project (MARP) assessments; Master of Arts in School Improvement (MASI) assessments; and Assessment Design Projects
