- Tracking all Cable receiving, Cable lengths, PMT receiving, PMT inspections, Box Pads, Junction Boxes
- Tracking all receipts for all items, cable, PMT, miscellaneous items like t bodies, grounding studs, insulating caps, box pads, Junction Boxes
- Collection Maps( Microsoft Visio); creating maps for site team that clearing label collection cable runs and all locations of work, splice, bores, grounding splices, junction boxes, collection lines, and creating production map for progress
- Reviewing and editing map if changes were made as well
- Field Work; GGR(Ground Grid Resistance Testing); checking each turbine site with Electrical Superintendent that the site was properly grounded and gather data to verify that was true based on the required test
- Collection Benchmarks; When benchmarks came around for task, went out to get pictures and filled out benchmarks with Field Engineer to make sure everything was done correctly
- Quality Documentation
- Collection Surveying; (1) Driving collections lines and marking out areas that need to be mowed down so the plowing crew can work and not deal with tall grass
- (2) Driving collection lines to find eliminations for bores or plowing areas(site evaluation)
- (3) Unidentified Overhead power lines, cultural areas, etc
- Other Management Task - Creating 3 week look ahead
- Week by week agenda of future production
- Looking over Engineering drawings seeing if anything didn't match up
- Agreements making sure I know everything that was expected to be done on our end and anything subcontractors needed they had in advance
