Driven and adaptable professional with a diverse background, including a pivotal role at Car Toys, where I enhanced customer satisfaction through expert installation and sales. Excelled in team collaboration and electrical wiring, significantly contributing to operational efficiency and client happiness. Proven track record in leveraging interpersonal skills and technical expertise to exceed employer expectations.
I started out on the sales floor for a number of months, learning the product and the process of selling customers what they want! I got to interact with lots of people, and get them happy and settled. Later, I was moved into the installation bay and started doing the physical work to put audio systems into customer cars
My main job here was to take care of customer cars. Check tires, washer fluid, belts, hoses, filters. That sort of thing. I also assisted or did a handful of bigger jobs too. Such as brakes, tire rotations, putting new belts and so on. It was a small shop so everybody there really had to cooperate and work as a team.
Here I was taking care of dogs all day. I did a decent amount of training before I was able to start working with them, and it was absolutely worth it. You have to be very patient with a lot of the dogs and that is just as good. Because I got to learn how to make myself better as well. Patience is a virtue after all. That is one of the best parts of this job, I get to learn more about the pups, while also noticing some of their traits they need to work on, while also learning about some of my traits that I could work on.
I had a handful of jobs here, and worked here for around 4 years or so. Even though I wasn’t really a manager or a supervisor, I almost had the title of one. A lot of the managers would leave me in charge whenever they needed to so I had a handful of responsibilities.
