Performed duties as the lead Project Manager on plumbing and mechanical projects for the company. Most of the projects I worked on were in the healthcare, food & processing, and tenant improvement markets. Project values ranged from $500,000 - $5,000,000. Day to day tasks included, project turnovers from operations to felid, organizing job folders and distributing drawings / documents to field crew, analyzing MEP drawings, estimating and reviewing change orders / RFI's and ASI's, tracking material and equipment along with updating procurement logs, daily check ins with field foreman and superintendents to get updates on project status or potential risks and issues, communicating with engineering team on design questions and deliverables, engaging with sales on pre-construction action items or potential questions about scope, job walks, check ins with the GC / customer. I was also in charge of monthly billings and job forecasting for each project along with preparing job cost reports.

Accomplishments

  • Centennial School District Controls Retrofit Upgrades

This $2,000,000 project was a DDC controls upgrade for four existing schools within the Centennial school district in Portland, Or.


  • Legacy Randall Children's Hospital Pharmacy

Design-Assist for a new pharmacy. Scope consisted of a new air handler, new lab VAV system, and new roof mounted exhaust fans. I was in charge of managing the HVAC, plumbing, and controls scope.


  • PCC Sylvania Science Tech Building

This $10,000,000 project was a HVAC and Plumbing upgrade to convert the 3rd floor of an existing building into a new Science Lab. The project also included setting new custom air handlers, rooftop exhaust fans and a full DDC Controls upgrade.


  • Project Agate

$5,000,000 Design-Build HVAC project for a 600,000 square foot distribution facility and two story office in Gresham, Or. HVAC scope consisted of roughly (35) new RTU's, VRF for the office space, and full DDC controls.


  • Bonneville Power Administration Technical Services Building

$7,000,000 Design-Build HVAC and Plumbing project for a new 60,000 square foot 3 story office building with a complex mechanical, and controls system. The building was conditioned by new air handlers on the roof with a VAV system and new chillers.
