Performed duties as the lead Project Manager on plumbing and mechanical projects for the company. Most of the projects I worked on were in the healthcare, food & processing, and tenant improvement markets. Project values ranged from $500,000 - $5,000,000. Day to day tasks included, project turnovers from operations to felid, organizing job folders and distributing drawings / documents to field crew, analyzing MEP drawings, estimating and reviewing change orders / RFI's and ASI's, tracking material and equipment along with updating procurement logs, daily check ins with field foreman and superintendents to get updates on project status or potential risks and issues, communicating with engineering team on design questions and deliverables, engaging with sales on pre-construction action items or potential questions about scope, job walks, check ins with the GC / customer. I was also in charge of monthly billings and job forecasting for each project along with preparing job cost reports.

In charge of managing projects within the Building Controls department. Project values ranging from $30,000 - $2,000,000. Responsibilities included; job turnover meetings with felid and engineering, creating job schedules, facilitating documents and direction, gathering cross functional team members together, risk identification, getting quotes on material and equipment, gathering and tracking submittal documents, reviewing electrical / HVAC design drawings and specifications, estimating change orders, writing RFI's and subcontracts, frequent job walks and onsite meetings, coordination with internal partners and external trades / stakeholders, monthly progress billings and job forecasting, productivity tracking, material and equipment procurement, providing support for general foreman's and superintendents onsite. Projects consisted of; labs, multifamily, retail, office buildings, schools, and hospitals.

In charge of running a small department within the company for the Semiconductor division. Projects managed were approached with an agile mindset and approach. Project values ranging from $20,000 - $300,000. Tasks included; estimating projects from the start and reconciling at the end, reviewing construction schedules and working with the team in order to meet factory needs, reading and understanding mechanical drawings and shop drawings for fabrication, releasing equipment and buying out all material needed for each project, forecasting future costs for projects, tracking hours and productivity on each job, issuing change orders and RFI's, submittal management, communicating with key stakeholders and team members within the office, running project kick off meetings, attending job walks and weekly meetings, providing support for the general foreman's and superintendents out in the felid, ensuring they have all documents, information, and material needed in order to be successful and efficient.

Responsible for completing tasks as a project engineer. Tasks include; managing small to medium sized projects ranging from $20,000 - $1,000,000, assisting project managers in running larger scale projects over $1 million, reviewing contracts and construction schedules, reading and understanding plumbing / mechanical drawings, forecasting future costs for projects, billings, issuing change orders and RFI's, creating procurement logs, communicating with customers and team members within the company, obtaining permits, tracking hours and productivity on a job, running project kick off meetings, attending job walks. Projects that I worked on ranged from office buildings, tenant improvements, schools, labs, and new construction and remodels.

Responsible for completing tasks within the purchasing department. Tasks Include; data entry, using Bluebeam to create submittal books and closeout documents, issuing purchase orders and subcontracts, gathering job quotes, reviewing construction drawings and reading project specifications, analyzing project estimates and budgets, communicating with all team members and departments within the office and felid as well as customers / vendors.
