  • Load Program and size each machine to size of PCB
  • If PCB got test loaf program into tester with correct test fixture
  • Add solder paste to ekra, run job
  • If PCB failed in the testing status, read receipt and find problem, fix it is it can be fixed
  • If components run out replace or slice components into each SMT machine

  • Get paper of kits from supervisor, look for job number on totes
  • Bring all totes for got back to my bench
  • Assort different color lights and wires and housing ( driver and passanger}
  • Make sure all the parts and housing are correct
  • Get instructions sheet for job and trim if needed
  • Add cover plate lens to lights if needed
  • Check dip swtch to make sure its is correct
  • Get the right hardware and tools for the job
  • Screw in lights into house make sure the correct color goes on the right side
  • Screw in PCboard into houseing
  • Plug in wire harness into PCBoard make sure correct harness goes into correct spot
  • Plug in correct wire into light shown on blueprint
  • Do this with each side {driver and Passanger}
  • Wire power cable in to pcboard and make sure wires are correct
  • Test bar before putting on the top cover to make sure all lights are working and flash patterns are correct
  • Screw on top cover make sure no wires are in the way or will be pinch
  • Add trim to housings
  • Continue with next bar if there are multiple on order.
