- Tasked daily with programming, setting up, and operating CNC milling machines. We do low volume high mix prototype work for national laboratories, aerospace and defense companies.
- My day to day consists of programming multiple jobs using Mastercam & handwriting G Code.
- I currently run a Mazak Vari Axis C600 5 axis milling machine, I have been using this machine since October 2022, I also have experience with Haas 5 axis and Haas 3 axis mills.
- Currently one of the most efficient and knowledgeable programmers in the shop, with only being a programmer for 3 years I have been able to "master" Mastercam 3D mill and multiaxis programming. Also have experience programming Lathe components as well.
- I don't just program, I also do set up, fixture design, and operate multiple machines at once.
- I am very proficient in using the common metrology/measuring tools that are commonly found in a machine shop.
