Drew Parker

I am a well-rounded and driven individual who stepped up to the challenge of helping to manage a fraternity as an Executive Board Member of the BW chapter of Lambda Chi Alpha. I used my natural skills in listening to create a direct line from the executive board to each member of the chapter, defusing tensions between the board and the general chapter. I was tasked with picking up the slack of previous historians while also preparing associate members for their full initiation into Lambda Chi Alpha. By adapting and organizing my time, I managed to accomplish a task I first thought to be extremely difficult.
