Summary

Over the course of 10 years I have shown the ability to adapt and overcome the most complex 5axis parts. This has given me the opportunity to grow into an expert in the aerospace industry. During my most recent roll I lead a team to consistently drive on-time CNC programming project completion with a goal of zero errors and/or scrap due to programming issues. I established goals and key performance indicator's (KPI's) in order to effectively coach and manage my team of CNC programmers to meet and exceed expectations. I coordinated with Quality, and Operations to identify, prioritize, and schedule projects while tracking and maintaining projects to ensure successful completion of established milestone objectives. I am a person who is always looking for ways improve myself. This translates into me as an employee who is wanting to excel at everything I do, I am always looking to learn, and I am above no task.
