  • Managed a diverse ministry team of 2 full-time and 1 part-time production managers, 1 full-time communications director, 1 full-time videographer, 1 full-time graphic designer, 2 full-time campus worship leaders, 1 part-time main campus worship leader, 1 full-time assistant, and 1-3 full-time interns at any given time.
  • Responsible for overall vision and direction for the creative ministries, ensuring a unity of vision with the pastoral and elder teams.
  • Led weekly Service Planning meetings, formulating the order of service, facilitating all volunteer services teams, and orchestrating all moving parts on/off the platform (music, production, announcements, communion, etc).
  • Served on the Teaching Team as an occasional Sunday morning teaching pastor (taught 3-4 times a year). Utilized discussed content within meetings to inform unified service planning.
  • Served on the Executive Team - a small group of senior directors who brainstormed and implemented the vision and direction of the church and staff. We would interface with the elders to ensure our direction was in sync with their desires for the church. We disseminated all action items to the teams we supervised.
  • Served as a Richland campus elder for 2 years.
  • Supervised, scheduled, and pastored a worship team of 40-45 volunteers on the main campus. Mentored and shepherded 8-10 volunteer worship leaders through bi-weekly development oriented studies.
  • Mentored youth worship leaders and equipped them with the tools necessary for scheduling, planning, and arranging.
  • Led Sunday morning music at least twice a month, special services, and all nights of worship. When not leading, I interfaced with volunteer worship leaders to ensure smooth Sunday operations.
  • Arranged music and organized instruments for regular variety in Sunday music (e.g. choir, folk music, worship in the round, percussion led weeks, horns/brass, etc)
  • Oversaw and developed a mentorship/internship program for the arts ministries. There were typically between 2-3 interns at any given time.
