  • Write formal military orders delegating tasks to three subordinate companies in order to meet the directives of senior officers.
  • Coordinate land use, ammunition allocation, and inter-unit synchronization to ensure efficient and cost-effective execution of training exercises.

Maintenance Control Officer

  • Direct supervision and leadership of a 50 Soldier platoon of mechanics and supply clerks, performing duties as lead planner and facilitator of all training, missions, and Soldier well being.
  • Performed duties as Officer in Charge (OIC) of battalion Maintenance Control Section. Maintenance Control Section is tasked with managing the funding, supply, and allocation of parts for over 1800 pieces of equipment, as well as assigning workload for all personnel.
