-Responsible for the maintenance and refurbishment of 42 Danieli and Morgardshammer mill stands.

-Refurbishment of frames, and rest bars.

-Manage all inventory of mill stand parts and equipment .

-Track and record all work orders in SAP

- Work with mill and shop crews to identify and troubleshoot any problems in the rolling process related to mill stands.

-Keep all equipment in the shop , in a safe and reliable working order.

-Schedule upcoming repairs and refurbishments.

- Work with outside vendors on parts and custom modifications.

-Build and setup mill and guide equipment to be used in alignment with rolling schedule.

-Assist with rolling mill changeovers and mill equipment failures.

-Complete work orders and plan for upcoming product changes.

-Train tech 1 employees to safely build mills and guides.

-Tag and record bundles for warehouse transport.

-Load merchant bars into straightener.

-Remove tailings from cold shear pit and cut scarp.

-Identify product defects or concerns with finished bars.

-Dismantling and restoring classic cars.

- Body prep and paint

- Manage and ordering of all shop supplies and parts .
