Teaching and Mentoring

Resident Teaching/Mentoring

As a teaching resident, my main focus is to act as a junior mentor and teach incoming residents how to navigate the health care system within the hospital as a beginner. This includes training them to use electronic medical records, managing common disease entities, and maneuvering through administrative systems including insurance and socioeconomic issues.

Cardiac Care Unit (CCU) Handbook (2022): Co-author

I have contributed as a co-author in writing a CCU Handbook on a practical approach to acute chest pain and temporary cardiac pacing. This handbook is frequently referred by residents and medical students rotating through the CCU.
