  • Improved student usage rate of Multicultural Student Center by 93% 2019-2020, exceeding our 5% prediction as part of our FY20 goal.
  • Awarded the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Performance Recognition Award 2020 for outstanding departmental work.
  • Designed a successful series of Social Justice Forum programming showcasing many intersections of race within the constructs of education. Over 1200 participants and 800 subscribers to the events and newsletters.
  • Launched through my creation Bristol's first ever Employee Resource Group (ERG). Group is compiled of employees of color from around the institution to provide support and professional development to one another.
  • Built a crisis communication plan to handle difficult conversations surrounding race, equity, and student ability.
