• Helped grow a patient centered podiatry practice in Casper and Douglas. With the goal of patent satisfaction and strong physician relationship with the patients while offering a full spectrum of podiatry services including surgery, wound care, conservative treatment and patient education and had a close working relationship with the patent's family practice physiciains.

• Spearheaded transition of the podiatry department from offering soley clinical care to being a full service surgical department, including limb preservation surgery for severely infected wounds.
• Collaborated with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care, addressing multiple health concerns and established a close working relationship with the vascular and orthopedic surgery departments to effectively address the unique needs of a broad clientele.
