The Protective Services Enterprise Training Program Manager (ETM) oversees the courses and programs that make up the Learning Curriculum for enterprise protective service, including the proprietary police, security officers and contracted security providers. The Program Manager partners with internal and
external resources like the Learning Design team and the Ohio Peace Officer Training Commission, to design, implement and facilitate education and training programs focused on industry best practice. The ETM evaluates all existing internal Learning Curriculum training programs, to provide insights for improvements of existing offerings, and identify gaps and develop additional programs as needed.
