Director of On-Campus Recruiting, Assistant to the Head Coach

- Manage the head coach’s professional and personal calendar – interviews, meetings, personal appointments, etc.
- Make all travel arrangements for the head coach: recruiting, conferences, family trips, etc.
- Serve as the football staff representative at all University events with the head coach
- Manage all requests that come through for the head coach such as signed team gear, event appearances, etc
- Organize and execute all official visit arrangements including flights, hotels, meals, entertainment, rental cars, campus and facility tours, position/head coach meetings, etc.
- Create official visit itineraries and player bios to send to coaches, staff, PSA’s and their families.
- Organize and execute unofficial game day visits – sending invitations, catering a game day meal and scheduling interns to assist with gameday operations
- Serve as point of contact for potential student athletes, their families, and coaches
- Assist with daily recruiting operational tasks such as updating the offer board, keeping track of transfer portal entries, logging contacts and evaluations, etc.
- Serve as liaison between the recruiting department and compliance, the business office, and university facilities
- Hire and manage student interns – run weekly meetings, create their schedule, and oversee their tasks
- Assist the Director of Football Operations with team travel during the season to coordinate flights, schedules, and hotel accommodations
- Schedule on-the-road recruiting trips for all coaches – itinerary, rental cars/flights, and hotel accommodations
- Submit monthly spending reports for all football accounts to the business office
- Coordinate additional team/program events such as the GJ Kinne Invitational Golf Tournament, Bowl Ring ceremonies, Team Crawfish Boil, etc
