Inspect coating fixtures to ensure compliance with blueprint specifications, utilizing tools such as calipers and feeler gauges.

Performed weld repairs and modification's, including rebuilding walls to reshape fixtures for proper fit.

Work with multiple coating processes, including Catarc, APS, LPPS, gas peeing and grit fixtures.

Remove broken bolts from damaged fixtures and conduct re-gritting after repair.

Maintain an electronic log of tooling and repair activities, ensuring accurate and organized records.

Operate a variety of tools and equipment, including TIG welder, drill presses, grit machines, belt sanders, and precision measuring instruments.

Check parts catalog for proper part identification, requisitions, obtain purchase order numbers from purchasing department.

Receives shipments from vendors, checking vendor packing slips/invoices for accuracy and insuring quantities received are as stated, maintain appropriate records.

Directly issues parts received to open work orders or place in proper location within the parts room.

Conducts periodic physical inventory to assure proper availability of required stock, replenishes stock as shipments arrive.

Must understand and follow all safety rules.

Ordered or purchased supplies to maintain optimum inventory.
