As a Processing Coordinator I receive and process detainees; communicate in the Spanish language to verify their information and input it into the appropriate processing system. I also Collect Oral DNA when necessary . After collecting all the data required I print and organize the detainees files.
I dispatch police officers and emergency personnel to calls for service, use of radio, telephone and computer system to update first responders with new information. I handle emergency phone calls calmly and obtained pertinent information with composed approach. Dispatch calls to relevant police, fire or medical response personnel depending on individual call situations. Record and maintain files or records of customer requests. Also Assisted surrounding agencies with special requests for assistance and BOLOs. Document services performed by our officers, operations information and dispatch details in system.
