As a Processing Coordinator I receive and process detainees; communicate in the Spanish language to verify their information and input it into the appropriate processing system. I also Collect Oral DNA when necessary . After collecting all the data required I print and organize the detainees files.

I dispatch police officers and emergency personnel to calls for service, use of radio, telephone and computer system to update first responders with new information. I handle emergency phone calls calmly and obtained pertinent information with composed approach. Dispatch calls to relevant police, fire or medical response personnel depending on individual call situations. Record and maintain files or records of customer requests. Also Assisted surrounding agencies with special requests for assistance and BOLOs. Document services performed by our officers, operations information and dispatch details in system.

Maintained clean and well-organized environment for client happiness and safety. Followed care plan and directions to administer medications. Laundered clothing and bedding to prevent infection. Assisted with meal planning to meet nutritional plans. Followed safe lifting and transferring techniques to transport my client .Drove client to shop for groceries, attend doctor appointments and run errands as needed. Also communicated with the family about the clients well being or any concerns.

Responded immediately to alarms for fires, vehicle accidents and other emergency situations. Communicated with other firefighters and emergency personnel to relay observations, equipment needs and other relevant information. Cleaned, serviced and maintained fire apparatus in condition of readiness and performed general maintenance of fire department property. Also checked hoses and breathing masks after fire calls to determine proper functionality and rehabilitated fire hoses, portable water tanks and other equipment.
