This has helped promote new solutions across many divisions such as storage, wireless, network security, VPNs, work from home, patient monitoring, patient imaging, and telephony all of which are more reliable and has optimized the business support model.
- Work with cloud partners and 3rd party vendors to connect to national fiber network utilizing direct links. This supports Ascension digital transformation vision with migrating petabytes of data into cloud data lakes to revolutionize patient care applications and big data visibility across entire organization.
- Lead architect working alongside the network security team to build out a nation wide client VPN solution to support the strategic work from home initiative. This solution deployed 5 client VPN head ends across the nation using global load balancing allowing end users to connect to closest VPN optimizing their work from home experience.
- Worked with wireless team to deploy a regional wireless management system that will help enforce wireless standards across entire organization. The system was able to be implemented into the MPLS backbone so that all hospitals can follow same standards and profiles and increase user experiences for doctors, nurses, and patients.
