In my department I was responsible for inspecting the quality of the work we printed to ensure it was exactly what the customer wanted.

My checking and matching color , graphics , words , quality , quantity and so much more.

working in between different departments within quality .

  • Samples , I was the lead within the sample department. I was over seeing other employees working in there as well as making sure everything was done. ensuring perfection before sending customers a sample of what they are purchasing
  • verification to ensure they are receiving the correct quantity and inspecting the pieces one last time for color , size , wording , correct pallets , making sure they past a variety of different test.
  • quality lab - before anything gets printed it goes to the QC Lab to make sure layouts , graphics , color , paper , sizing , spelling all matches a proof provided from customer. After it’s printed we then preform test to the paper to make sure it’s dry for cutting and further steps. Examples of some test are fiber test , Blister testing , southern run testing and testing on UV ink.

Within this job job there are so many positions and jobs to do. We working with a program Radius and ILS.

Other duties preformed was quality control. Under the F4SS the company had , I often had to make sure all sharps was accounted for Going around the entire company monthly doing check ups , distributing sharps and keeping logs , placing orders for supply for the department and anything else asked of me.

I am am certified/licensed to operate electric hand jack pallets from this company.
