• Made high-quality ice cream and kept the work environment clean and tidy for food preparation and presentation.

Trainer

• As a trainer I worked with 3 brand-new missionaries and learned patience, empathy, and charity. Because of this I trained back to back and my mission president had my 2nd missionary I instructed, train a new missionary after I was done training them.
• I learned to respect the new missionary and his insights/contributions and saw him as an equal.
• I demonstrated how to effectively teach and invite people to church and learn more about Jesus Christ.
• Studied the missionary standards daily and educated the new missionary on topics found in church resources.
• Held a weekly companionship council and delivered feedback to one another, talk about strengths, weaknesses, goals, and see what areas we could improve in as individuals and as a companionship.
• Set goals, make plans, and keep our records up to date (people taught and found, lessons for the day/week, etc.,).

District Leader

• As a District Leader I lead, inspired, and counseled with other missionaries in weekly district councils.
• Conducted companion exchanges with other missionaries in my district and performed baptismal interviews within my district.
• Worked with local church leaders and members to coordinate missionary efforts.
• Reported to the Zone Leaders.

Zone Leader

• As a Zone Leader, I supervised missionary work in a zone and was responsible for the training and welfare of all missionaries assigned to our zone.
• Assisted the Mission President in training meetings and Zone Conferences.
• Lead, instructed and conducted exchanges with other Elders and participated in mission leadership councils.
• Reported to the Mission President any and all concerns from the missionaries in our zone or problems we noticed that needed attention, after we attempted our best efforts to resolve it first.

• Answer phones and take orders in person, oversaw other employees orchestrate their efforts make good quality food, resolve customer complaints, package pizzas to be delivered and maintain a clean and friendly workplace.
• Completed store closing procedures and balanced tills.
