Dulce Hernandez

Since 2022, I've been babysitting my siblings and kids of family friends because people know I am responsible and can take care of kids. My days looked like me waking up to me cleaning the house my siblings asking for breakfast, My sister and I take turns making meals and washing the dishes, while we do that I tell my siblings to pick up after themselves. During lunch time food was ready and we all played games and chilled.

I offered to volunteer with parking so we could raise money for our class. I worked with my friend and her Dad during the first morning shift, while I was there, I worked well under pressure when there were more than 2 cars in line by pointing each car to the open parking spot quickly. Every once in a while one of us would walk around the parking lot and see what was open, although I didn't walk around I listened to my partners and forwarded it to people who wanted to park.

October 2025, I volunteered to help with my schools concessions stand during the homecoming football game. I was in charge of the money, I got people their change and made sure we got the right amount at the end of the shift.

Back in 2018 when I still lived in California, I got the opportunity to help my Dad unload orders for restaurants, This included packaged foods and fresh vegetables. I would help my Dad unload the crates and boxes while he would check them off of the chart and bring them inside.
