Focusing on niche and optimizing shop layout, save more from getting best prices on parts, supplies, services. It helped fast company growth. By investing in technicians knowledge, tools, technology and software, company became one of the best in Chicago Land (Chicago Land famous for numerous shops and very competitive area in trucking industry). The day I left on November 20th, 2023, company achieved $8.49M in revenue.
