Duncan Auchter

While working at Bruster's Real Ice Cream, I learned a lot of skills from how to be an efficient employee who gets the job done safely and confidently, to communication skills with other employees with how to complete the Job. To add to this while attending Glen Burnie I assumed the Role of Stage Crew Manger during my Junior and Senior year, with this responsibility I learned how to work better as a team with other people while making and quality assuring assets for productions, I did many things from assisting with making of products to gathering equipment to be used on set as props, costumes, or construction material. This field showed me how to be a better learned and to learn patients while working with materials. The skills I had learned during school while in attendance defiantly assisted with the help of these skills and properly making the set.

All of these skills have taught me discipline and the ability to work good with others under any situation.
