$510,000 initial build of CMU building shell with TPO roof. Later a $426,000 interior build-out for a cosmetology school. All framing, drywall, plumbing, painting, flooring, millwork and casework was self preformed.

• Henderson Ave Realty Office

A&B Rana - 2021

$495,000 major multistory renovation. Self preformed work included demo to studs/CMU, converting second story into a wrap around mezzanine, structural steel, flooring, concrete polishing, millwork and casework.

• Dr. Fickey Psychiatry Office

A&B Rana - 2022

$157,000 tenant improvement in a strip mall. Complete demo to studs and buildout. Self preformed all of scope but electrical.

• Lewiston Consolidated Schools Concessions & Press Box Building

BluCor Construction - 10/23 to 05/24

$882,500 ground up construction of a three story wood framed structure for concessions, restrooms, and a press box for the new football stadium. Scope also included extensive grading, sidewalks, and aluminum bleachers. Replaced the superintendent on site at the end of January through project completion.

• Lincoln Water System/Lincoln Wastewater System Buildings Re-Roof and HVAC Upgrades

BluCor Construction - 01/24 to 03/24

$1,131,500 re-roof at two separate locations with major radiant heat and exhaust fan updates. Required full time supervision for EDPM reroof and transitioned to remote/occasional onsite supervision.

• Schaefer's Exterior Improvements

BluCor Construction - 04/24 to 06/24

$229,600 exterior improvement job. Superintendent on site for demo, stucco, metal panels, brick work, painting and partial re-roof. Self preformed replacement of five HMF doors and hardware.

• Montclair Elementary Renovations

BluCor Construction - 06/24 to 08/24

$388,100 renovation on an tight schedule . Consisted of adding an ADA bathroom, replacement of gym floor/asbestos abatement, extensive drywall repair, and painting every wall. Superintendent on site throughout project. Worked with extremely stringent controlled access as required by Milard Public Schools. 

• NFarms New Office & Shop Building

Blucor Construction - 07/24 to 05/25

$1,109,600 ground up construction of a 5,700 sqft PEMB for the University of Nebraska. Required complex SWPP plan due to location and existing grading. Superintendent onsite. Self preformed door hardware, bathroom accessories, and cabinet installation.

• Columbus Public Schools Vestibule Renovations

Blucor Construction - 06/25 to 07/25

$296,500 renovation for CPS to add controlled access vestibules to five schools. Project was on a tight timeline with a scope that included: demo, masonry, framing/drywall, HVAC, electrical/low-voltage, HMF/doors, and flooring. Self preformed HMF, door/hardware and cabinet installation.
