• Leading three teams of 20+ engineers (internal and external), mentoring tech leads and engineers, shaping team structures, and supporting individual growth through regular one-on-ones and coaching.
• Drive technical initiatives, including migration to GCP, implementation of GitOps, Infra-as-Code practices, and coordination of security, observability, and disaster recovery plans.
• Introduced DORA metrics (Lead Time, Deployment Frequency, MTTR, MTTF) to guide technical excellence and improve team performance.
• Nurture a culture of continuous improvement by promoting technical best practices such as clean code, TDD, and pair programming, encouraging team ownership, and high-quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineering and business leaders to define product objectives and plan solution-level OKRs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional roles such as PMs, Head of Products, UX, Business Experts, SREs, Agile Masters, and Engineers to ensure seamless end-to-end software delivery.
• Showcase value-added updates to stakeholders, and organize regular tech talks, architecture sessions, and cross-team knowledge-sharing events.

• Introduced a main/replica database flavour to a core service to improve offline app reliability, resulting in an 80% reduction in customer support tickets.
• Decoupled and redesigned the core domain’s Activity API, enabling seamless integration to other business domains, and significantly accelerating the delivery of business needs.
• Designed a targeted architecture for a shared 'Customer Search' API, preventing duplication across four teams, and reducing development and maintenance costs.

• Provided expertise in API integrations, supporting partners and ensuring seamless integration with third-party systems.

• Developed critical APIs and mobile applications for major projects, including EuAtleta and Casa Vogue, leveraging Python, Tornado, and Objective-C.
