Communicating with management to ensure correct product is being produced. Making sure machine is cleaned, sanitized, and in good working order. Setting machine up for daily production. Calibrating X-Ray machine to make sure it is operating properly. Conducting pre production exercises. Keeping count of small hand tools, doing hourly belt checks, and ensuring machine is working properly. Identifying problems as they arise and calling maintenance to make necessary repairs and adjustments. Bringing all non mechanical issues to the attention of lead or supervisor as needed. Occasionally acting as backup lead and assuming responsibilities of the position.

Doing pre operations checklist to ensure Jack is in good working condition. Building totes, making sure there are adequate supplies for building and wrapping totes. Making sure that there are totes in place to catch any product coming off the production line. Ensuring totes get pulled in a timely manner, weighed, manifested, bagged, iced, and stored in the cooler. Also communicating with lead to make sure correct product is being brought out onto the floor for use.

Unloading received deliveries. Sorting through deliveries and placing received items in their correct storage locations. Reviewing orders that had been placed, gathering the items ordered packing them efficiently safely fitting as much product as possible in each box to ensure it was delivered without damage and keeping shipping costs down.
