  • I’m really drawn to Paycom because of the energy and culture. I like being in environments where people are motivated, competitive in a healthy way, and focused on growing. From what I’ve seen, Paycom really invests in training and developing people, and that’s something I’m looking for.
  • I also like that the role is performance-driven. I’ve always done well in positions where I can build relationships, work hard, and see results from my effort. In my past roles, especially in sales and customer-facing positions, I enjoyed connecting with people, solving problems, and helping them make decisions.

  • I have a background in sales, customer service, and business operations, and I’ve always done well in fast-paced, people-focused environments.
  • I started in roles where I worked directly with customers, like bartending, where I built strong relationships and consistently generated high sales by creating a great experience and handling all kinds of situations professionally. That really helped me develop communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Before that, I worked as a Sales and Finance Manager at a powersports company, where I helped customers find the right financing options. I worked with multiple lenders and guided customers through the entire process, often in more complex situations, which taught me how to listen, problem-solve, and close deals.
  • I also have experience on the operations side, where I worked with vendors, analyzed spreadsheets, and helped manage inventory and ordering. That gave me a better understanding of how businesses run and how to work with data and systems.
  • Outside of work, I played competitive club baseball for years and was often a team captain, which taught me how to stay disciplined, work as part of a team, and perform under pressure.
