Review each unit's condition report when it arrives at the auction for accuracy.
Review and approve/decline estimates compiled by the auction for mechanical/body work to ensure each vehicle brings the most money possible minimizing financial loss to Santander.
Travel to Orlando, FL each week the day prior to the sale to walk all units that are ready for auction to ensure all approved repairs were made and reconditioning is pristine for all of our units.
As I walk the units I am solely responsible for flooring and pricing them based on what I think they should financially bring during the auction. I have sold units from as low as $100 inoperable units to $85,000 high line units.
Each week the day before the sale I run a presale audit and review each item the auction has charged us to ensure it is accurate and in line with our contractual agreements.
On sale day I am on the auction block with the auctioneer solely making the decision to sell, no sell or counteroffer each unit to in lane and online buyers.
After the sale I am responsible for creating post sale audits and reports out of Excel to ensure all is correct with post sale charges.
I am solely responsible for pricing and selling an average of 2 million dollar worth of units each week.
