• Team lead of 11 petrophysicists (Houston, Luanda/Angola, Mina Al-Zour/Kuwait) who provide petrophysical services for a number of basin around the world.

• Team lead of 9 petrophysicists (Houston & Covington) who perform basin-wide or field reservoir characterization studies, evaluate exploration & development wells, engaged in static/dynamic model builds, plan & execute of operations (LWD, open & cased hole wireline, coring, pressures & fluid sampling).
• Develop team goals that contribute to achieving BU’s goals, provide clear direction, distribute workload, technical mentoring, & PMP responsibilities.
• Responsible for management of GOM’s Techlog Studio database & standardization efforts in naming conventions & syncing with Petrel Studio.
• Lead efforts in maximizing efficiencies through digital initiatives such as developing PowerBI apps to store Well pay summary tables & peer reviews report-outs.

Highlights:

• Led multi-functional team in the design & implementation of GOA's data acquisition strategy; an effort that reduced costs & cycle time during planning.
• Member of the Technical Leadership Program (TLP) 2021-25
• Lecturer for petrophysics portion of Chevron's Static Model training program 2022-25

• Complete integration of all log data, core, fluids & mud logs for an all-encompassing petrophysical model (includes permeability prediction, saturation height modeling, facies modeling,
• Shaly-sand analysis, calibrating cut-offs, & integrating results with other disciplines), cluster analysis
• Work in a multi-functional team to analyze & disseminate rock & fluid properties that underpin subsurface assessments; providing appropriately scaled results to meet a project's demands & deadlines.
• Worked both green fields with limited data & few to no producing analogs to multiple brown fields with extensive production history.

• Led multiple petrophysics peer assists across (Bibiyana, Aphrodite, Leviathan, Tamar, Yoyo-Yolanda, Jakku & numerous GOM assets)
• Owner of 4 contracts for vendors (Core Lab, Stratum, TGS, Task-Fronteria)
• Arranged tech shares, core workshops, lab tours, & engineering center tours, further growing the BU's knowledge.

• Worked with cross functional-team to pass the project through different phase gates.
• Responsible for general operations geology activities such as correlating wells, mapping faults, identifying potential infill locations & re-completions.
• Monitor active drilling progress, geosteering, & well planning, participating in post well reviews.
• Provide day to day petrophysical support
• Provide carbonate and unconventional evaluations and deliver mineral volumes, porosity, & saturation.
• Designing logging programs for a variety of formations.
• Oversaw numerous logging operations jobs (open & cased hole).

Highlights:

• Working & maintaining large Geolog projects (>10,000 wells)
• Involved with the beginning of Chevron’s entry in the unconventionals in the Midland Basin.
