I recently completed an ADA-compliant garage conversion to create independent living space for my brother, who has Cerebral Palsy and uses a wheelchair. I performed nearly all work myself, including a full gut to the studs, electrical and plumbing upgrades, and an exterior addition to fit a kitchen, laundry, bathroom, and bedroom. I operated the excavator to grade the site and dig footings, then worked with a licensed contractor to pour the concrete slab. I completed all framing, roofing, insulation, utilities, and interior finishes.This project showcases my comprehensive construction skill set, from equipment operation and concrete work to full framing, electrical, plumbing, finishes, and custom fabrication.
