-Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on different pieces of equipment and conveyance.

-Worked with operations to maintain permissions for associates to keep them able to work multiple paths within the facility.

-Used a multitude of computer programs that are including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Excel, and Quips to track and present information for operations to be able to view and track the training needed or received for associates.

• -Was trained in four paths within the building and was trained and worked On the AR floor as an Amnesty associate.
• -I was a trusted and experienced Learning Ambassador that performed training of new employees, cross training of existing employees, and corrective training for employees experiencing problems with rate or quality of work in their existing path.
• -Was nominated and won Learning Ambassador of the month twice.

-Became a lead technician for the company after starting as an entry level junior technician.

-Job included but was not limited to service calls on all commercial cooking equipment along with AC units, reading schematics, and safely working with high voltage while properly using the LOTO procedure to ensure safety for myself and coworkers.

-Worked in harsh conditions to complete deadline sensitive installs and repairs on commercial kitchen equipment, also had to complete on call emergency diagnosis and repair of failed kitchen equipment and AC units on weekends and holidays.

-Performed my job as well as delivering professional customer service for the companies clients.

-Became a trainer for my company to train new hires on proper procedures to safely and properly jobs in the field, was also a travelling technician that routinely went out of the Jacksonville area to perform repairs or full installs with the company's trust to complete the task/job correctly and by deadline.

-Manager duties include but not limited to preparation and presentation of large scale catering events onsite and offsite, customer interaction with emphasis on both correcting issues and ensuring the client was satisfied with the catering event, as well as daily food prep for the restaurant located inside the Embassy Suites Hotel

-Managed daily kitchen operations, delegating tasks among staff members to optimize workflow and maintain high-quality standards, as well as managing and preparing work schedules.

-Checked and tested foods to verify quality and temperature.

-Improved customer satisfaction by addressing feedback promptly and implementing necessary adjustments to kitchen procedures.

-Conducted daily checks of refrigerators and freezers to verify proper food storage, container labeling, and surface cleaning.
